The CirOsCCD online spectrometer from Spectro Analytical Instruments employs inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to monitor up to five processes, including water purification, ingredient analysis, finished-product composition and wastewater treatment. The system can be used to prevent trace levels of contamination from entering the manufacturing process, to monitor waste streams for compliance with environmental laws and for quality control of components, including those with trace levels of metals. Features include automatic time-controlled start-up and shutdown, and built-in self-monitoring and diagnostic functions.
