The Dickson grating from Wasatch Photonics is a specialized volume phase transmission grating that comes in standard bandwidths and can be designed for any bandwidth between 350 and 2200 nm. The grating exhibits a polarization-dependent loss of <0.2 dB for bandwidths between 1525 and 1565 nm, and diffraction efficiencies of more than 95 percent. Suitable for multiplexing/demultiplexing, optical spectrum analyzers, filters and Raman spectroscopy, it is hermetically sealed, rugged and scratch-resistant.
