AOS Technologies AG The VITcam series from AOS Technologies AG comprises stand-alone cameras that capture up to 32,000 images per second. Their high-g-impact design makes them suitable for harsh motion analysis environments, such as automotive factory applications, as well as for field testing. They have an internal battery that saves data in case of a power failure. Measuring only 71 X 71 X 97 mm, the cameras can be mounted in hard-to-reach places, such as under vehicle seats, under the hood or in foot wells. They provide 1280 X 1024-pixel resolution and have a FireWire interface for connection to a PC or laptop computer.
