StellarNet The EPP2000-NIR-InGaAs miniature spectrometers for the 0.9- to 2.2-µm range have optics with no moving parts. Produced by StellarNet Inc., the TE-cooled detectors are InGaAs photodiode arrays with 1024 pixels, each 25 µm wide and 500 µm tall. Extended-range detectors for 1.4 to 2.2 µm are 250 µm tall. The high-performance fiber optic spectrometers for portable and laboratory applications are available in several models, providing a variety of operational ranges and optical resolutions (4 to 0.2 nm) suitable for spectroscopy and spectral analysis.
