Ophir Optronics Inc. The portable BA100 laser beam profiler system for real-time measurement of beam profile and power of industrial pulsed Nd:YAG and diode lasers has been released by Ophir Optronics Inc. Beam area is 25.6 X 19.2 mm, and field of view is 5.7°. The device measures average laser powers up to 1000 W, with ±3% NIST-traceable accuracy, and pulse energies up to 30 J. The measuring head has a damage-resistant coating with a damage threshold of 6 kW/cm2. ActiveX software allows the user to set parameters such as pass/fail criteria, autoscale, peak intensity, calibration and freeze screen.
