HiTek Power Ltd. HiTek Power Ltd. has launched a family of laser diode driver modules that includes two power factor corrector input modules and three high-current-source output modules. For high-power applications, both the input and output modules can be used in parallel. The power factor corrector modules provide output of 500 or 1000 W and are designed for use as a supply for the DC/DC converter output modules. The high-current-source modules are the DC/DC converter modules and are rated at 250, 675 and 2500 W. They protect the diode from reverse voltage and voltage spikes.
