Suitable for particle image velocimetry (PIV) and Ti:sapphire laser pumping, the NL300D series lasers from Ekspla Ltd. consist of two Q-switched, frequency-doubled Nd:YAG lasers and beam-combining optics at the output. Available in IR or UV pulsed models, the lasers offer stable output characteristics and generate high-energy nanosecond pulses with variable delay between them. Features include delivery of up to 360 mJ at 532 nm, a 10-Hz repetition rate, adjustable delay between pulses of 5 ns and 7.5 ms, pulse duration of 3 to 5 ns, computer connection and LabView drivers, low jitter, and internal/external synchronization.
