Nufern has introduced high-power fiber laser subassemblies based on its 20/400 large-mode-area fibers and integrating optimized fiber Bragg gratings and high-power pump combiner components made from its passive double-clad fibers. The laser cavity produces more than 100 W of CW output. The subassemblies can be shipped with various pump combiner configurations, depending on customer needs. They are designed to help pump diode manufacturers and laser integrators develop fiber laser products more quickly and cost-effectively.
