The SPL LG81 is a high-power diode laser array unveiled by Osram Opto Semiconductors GmbH for industrial, military and medical applications. It is sealed in an OEM package with fast-axis collimation and operates in both CW and pulsed modes. Optimized stable mounting technology enables increased production efficiency and reproducibility. A semiexternal microchannel cooler produces up to 30 W and operates from 10 to 30 °C. The aspheric lens provides fast-axis collimation of <1.6°. The system operates with active or passive cooling.
