The Pil047G, a 473-nm laser diode system manufactured by Advanced Laser Diode Systems GmbH, provides <60-ps pulses at a repetition rate of 1 MHz and peak powers of up to 300 mW. Based on the proprietary PiLas series diodes, the system comprises a laser head with optics and mount, a diode driver and control electronics. Customized versions that achieve repetition rates up to 40 MHz can be ordered.
