The SmartScope Quest 650 multisensor metrology system from Optical Gaging Products Inc. enables users to measure a wider variety of features on a manufactured part in a single setup. The system supports sensor technologies such as video, laser, touch-probe and microprobe. The standard system features a measurement volume of 600 × 660 × 300 mm, and the company offers an option to increase the Z-axis range to 400 mm. Cooled linear motors with 50-nm resolution provide high throughput and accuracy. System software is compatible with MeasureMind 3D Multisensor for CAD import, contour analysis and fitting, custom report generation and data export.
