COLOR SENSOR MODULE
Hamamatsu CorporationRequest Info
The C9303 color sensor module unveiled by Hamamatsu Corp. is designed for monitoring the color of thin-film-transistor liquid crystal displays and for limiting the optical feedback of the backlight to provide clear, crisp images. It has an RGB color sensor and exhibits photosensitivity of –14 V/mW at 620 nm for red, –20 V/mW at 540 nm for green and –18 V/mW at 460 nm for blue. Three-channel current-to-voltage amplifiers simultaneously output a three-channel RGB signal. Rise time is 22 µs, cutoff frequency is 16 kHz, and typical power consumption is 1.5 mA. Measuring 47 × 5 × 4 mm, the sensor mounts directly onto the LED source.
