RAMAN LASER Based on a grating-coupled diode laser with a spectral linewidth of 0.2 nm, a CW laser for Raman spectroscopy has been unveiled by LaserPath Technologies. Output is up to 1.5 W for free-space beam delivery and up to 1 W for fiber-coupled delivery. The device can be externally modulated by a digital or analog signal with a bandwidth of up to 2 MHz. The standard wavelength is 785 ±0.5 nm, with others available. Input power is 100 to 240 VAC at 50 to 60 Hz, and operating temperature is from 20 to 30 °C.
