The SLMS-0400, designed by Labsphere to measure small, low-power sources such as LEDs and lamps, is a spectral lamp measurement system built around a 4-in.-diameter integrating sphere. The system provides NIST-traceable calibrations that meet CIE-recommended measurement geometry and, the company says, accurate spectral and color characterization. It offers reduced sensitivity to light source alignment and eliminates errors introduced by detector area nonuniformities.
