For Backlit Button Marking
LAKE MARY, Fla., Oct. 13 -- Laser Photonics says its fiber laser marking system is a safe, low-cost alternative to conventional Nd:YAG systems in creating high-speed, high-quality material ablation on backlit buttons, backlit panels and keypads and keyboards.
"Using our FiberScan graphical-based laser programming software, users can easily mark graphics, logos, symbols and text in any production environment," the company said.
The company's LPQ fiber laser series includes a Q-switched fiber laser (up to 200 watts available), a scan head, a PCI control board, a power supply and software configured for backlit button marking. The systems' easy installation and laser programming allows for quick startup and minimal changeover. They require only a low-voltage power source (110VAC) and wall-plug efficiencies up to 20 percent (or higher), resulting in reduced utility costs and trouble-free air cooling, the company said.
