LASER MARKING SYSTEM The Q-switched fiber laser marking system from Laser Photonics LLC features a laser of up to 200 W, a scan head, a PCI control board, a power supply and software that is configurable to user-specific applications. The company says that its ease of installation and laser programming allow quick start-up and changeover. The compact system uses a low-voltage power source and achieves wall-plug efficiencies of up to 20% and better, resulting in reduced utilities and trouble-free air cooling. It can be delivered as an OEM system or with full turnkey workstations.
