Beam shaper modules unveiled by Lissotschenko Mikrooptik GmbH (Limo) are positioned in a collimated laser beam to generate the required intensity profile at the square, rectangular or line light field target. A fiber collimator module is available as an option for fiber-coupled lasers. Spot sizes of the generated beam profiles range from 1 to 100 mm, linewidths range from 0.1 to 2 mm, homogeneity is 1.5%, and efficiency is up to 90%. The instruments are suitable for laser materials processing applications.
