WT&T Inc. has introduced a narrow-spectra, single-mode, fiber-coupled laser module that operates between 1440 and 1485 nm and that produces a side mode suppression ratio of >50 dB. The plug-and-play instrument measures 150 × 180 × 50 mm and offers output power stability from 0.1 to 0.5 dB. Typical output is 50 mW, with 80 mW maximum. Features include a built-in temperature controller, air-cooling and a laser driver. Linewidth is ~0.01 nm. The laser is suitable for OEM and laboratory applications.
