Kugler GmbH's CNC-controlled adaptive mirror with a 90° diverting angle features PLVCu, a plastic material that provides high reflectivity of the copper material for the CO2 beam radiance and a higher plasticity limit. The rear side of the active mirror surface is R&D designed and optimized. The mirror features user-defined laser power, can be used under 90° with optimum focus variation and offers an aspherical stroke of up to 5 Hz. The compact design is exchangeable with a standard 90° mirror in Kugler unit type equipment. A coating with higher reflectivity is available upon request.
