Suitable for machine vision, medical imaging, intelligent transportation systems, high-definition graphics, gauging, character recognition, robotics and surveillance, the TM-6740CL is available from JAI Pulnix Inc. Measuring 50.8 × 50.8 × 85.1 mm, the 1/3-in. progressive-scan camera provides up to 200 fps at full resolution and generates up to 3205 fps in partial-scan and binning modes. It includes a 640 × 480-pixel-resolution imager with 7.4-µm square pixels and analog and digital Camera Link dual-tap output that is 8- or 10-bit software-selectable. Additional features include full asynchronous reset with electronic shutter of up to 1/64,000 s or pulse-width exposure control, a GUI, automatic dual-channel compensation and a built-in pattern generator.
