SCAN LENSES FOR 1064 nm Sill Optics GmbH & Co. KG has launched scan lenses for 1064 nm, all suited for different maximum beam diameters. The f-Theta objective S4LFT3163/126, with a scan area of 120 × 120 mm, has a 163-mm focal length and can handle a 15-mm-diameter diffraction-limited beam. The S4LFT4254/126 has a larger working area and a focal length of 254 mm. It works with a 20-mm diffraction-limited beam. The S4LFT1254/126 is designed for a beam diameter of 12 mm, and the S4LFT3254/126, for 30-mm, with a scan area of 180 × 180 mm. The S4LFT0063/126 lens accommodates a small-aperture, high-speed scan system, has an outer diameter of ~59 mm and is <36 mm long. The outer diameter of the S4LFT0162/126 lens also is ~59 mm, and its objective length is 25 mm. It accommodates an 8-mm diffraction-limited beam.
