FARADAY CAGES For use with its vibration isolation workstations, Kinetic Systems Inc. has released a line of Faraday cages that are produced with high-density 16-mesh copper screen. They provide attenuation of up to 100 dB below 500 kHz, 60 dB below 50 MHz and 20 dB below 5 GHz. They come in a variety of lengths, heights and depths and can be installed to encompass and protect entire production or testing environments. The cages are supplied with two hinged front doors, a roll-up door or sliding doors, monitor stands, electrical outlet strips, padded armrests and retractable casters. They accommodate fixed, hanging or sliding shelves.
