MOISTURE ANALYZER Tiger Optics LLC has introduced the MTO-LP-H2O low-pressure trace moisture analyzer. Based on cavity ringdown spectroscopy technology, the device provides a fast, accurate and easy-to-use method for detecting contaminants. It measures moisture in hydride gases, such as ammonia, phosphine and arsine, and is suitable for low-temperature applications, including gas production and semiconductor compounds. It detects H2O down to single-digit parts-per-billion levels in milliseconds and is calibration-free, transportable and low-maintenance. Because it uses a noncontact measurement technique, moisture concentrations can be quantified in many corrosive and reactive gases.
