For high-performance bonding applications, Master Bond Inc. has developed EP77M-F, a two-component, silver-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. It sets within 5 to 10 min at room temperature and cures in 8 to 12 h. Electrical conductivity is first detectable within 30 to 60 min. Volume resistivity is 10−3 Ω cm, and operating temperature ranges from 4 K to 125 °C. The epoxy adheres well to metals, glass, ceramics, vulcanized rubber and most plastics, and bonds are resistant to thermal cycling and chemicals. It has a 1:1 mix ratio, by weight or by volume, and is 100% reactive.
