Chuxing Optical Fiber Application Technologies Ltd. has developed a unidirectional four-beam quakeproof laser welding worktable and coupling fixture for alignment, laser welding, adjustment and tube sealing applications. Four focus spots can be adjusted independently, and the multifunctional alignment platform can be assembled manually or via an electric adjusting screw. Specifications include 0.001-mm accuracy, ±5° pitching and swerving angles, 0.1° precision, and a 180° fiber rotating angle for 900-µm fiber and 360° for 250-µm fiber. Separation of the four focus spots can be continuously adjusted in two directions.
