Texol Products Ltd. has introduced the GeniSys MicroGeN2, a miniature pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator that is 48 cm high and that provides ultrahigh-purity dry nitrogen at flow rates from 200 cc/min. The fully self-contained unit incorporates a silenced mini compressor and does not require an external air supply. It is continuously regenerative, provides consistent output and is suitable for photonics applications that require a small, continuous flow of dry nitrogen, including intracavity purging.
