l635 PicoQuant GmbH is offering the FSL 400 fast-switched diode laser, which produces rectangular light pulses at repetition rates from single shot to 20 MHz. Applications include high-speed imaging and semiconductor device testing. Laser heads are available for wavelengths from 635 to 780 nm and are supplied with collimator optics. Depending on the laser head used, the device can emit peak powers up to 50 mW. An internal pulse clock runs at a maximum frequency of 20 MHz and can be divided by 2, 4, 8 and 16, or the pulses can be triggered via an external sync input.
