IR SOURCE HGH Systèmes Infrarouges has upgraded its line of DCN 1000N differential and absolute blackbodies. Via a touch screen, a new electronic controller regulates the temperature with a resolution of 0.001 °C, and the absolute temperature ranges from −20 to 200 °C. A remote control interface can be connected via USB. The dimensions of the emitting area range from 50 × 50 mm to 300 × 300 mm. The infrared sources can be provided with NETD, FTM and MRTD targets, a target wheel or an IR collimator for characterizing IR systems.
