Holo Or Ltd. has introduced a series of CO2 laser homogenizers made of pure ZnSe, with high-power antireflection V-coating on both surfaces. Measuring 25.4 × 3 mm, they have a 23-mm-diameter clear aperture and exhibit transmission efficiencies of >98%. The company says that they have a high damage threshold and produce low backreflection. The standard type has a 5° full angle and a minimum working distance of 50 mm at 1060 nm. Custom angles, wavelengths and dimensions are available upon request.
