A 60-die LED array has been developed by Opto Diode Corp. It has a 40° radiation beam angle with higher intensity in the center of the working beam than other LED arrays offer. Typical peak wavelengths are 405, 470, 525, 610, 830 and 870 nm. Storage and operating temperatures range from −55 to 100 °C, with a maximum junction temperature of 100 °C and a thermal resistance J-C parameter of 3° CW, typical. Customized higher-temperature versions are available upon request.
