Optronics' ImagingPlanet Research Microscopy Group has developed the 3.3MPX and 20MPX cameras for scientific and industrial imaging applications. The 3.3MPX is a color microscope camera with 3.3-megapixel resolution and onboard image processing. It incorporates a Sony CCD that produces high-quality images for bright-field, dark-field and fluorescence imaging. The 20MPX offers a choice of resolutions from 1.3 up to 21 megapixels. Both have an intuitive user interface that provides full camera control with live video preview for real-time framing and focus. TWAIN drivers and a USB 2 interface are included.
