For testing of optodetectors and CCD and CMOS image sensors, opsira GmbH offers customized test and control illumination sources. The devices’ 12-bit drive enables an arbitrarily precise setting of the correlated color temperature on the Planck’s curve, and the user can select any color within the chromaticity coordinates. The illuminance value also can be set within a wide range. Homogeneous illuminance distributions are normally realized within the test area, and others are available upon request. The test light sources can be equipped with a monitor for controlling the chromaticity coordinates and with a spectrometer for controlling the correlated color temperature.
