BEA Lasers Inc.’s 150P series laser modules are equipped with AC power adapters that plug into an AC supply to produce 6 VDC. The 635- and 650-nm versions are available with outputs of 3, 5 and 7 mW, making them suitable for applications such as alignment, event/edge detection, leveling, metrology, positioning, robotic control and security. Features include an automatic power control with soft-start protection and a three-element glass collimating lens with AR coating. Operating voltages range from 4.5 to 9 VDC. A green LED confirms laser emission.
