FIBER LASER Koheras A/S has launched its Adjustik T20 fiber lasers. Enabled by thulium fiber technology, they are selectable from ~1730 to 2000 nm to target specific atomic transition lines and eye-safe regions. They are delivered as benchtop units for laboratory use or as rugged OEM devices for industrial sensor applications. The company says that the <10-kHz lasers offer stable single-frequency and mode-hop-free operation, low phase and intensity noise, and rapid piezo tuning. They are designed for reduced susceptibility to acoustic noise and vibrations and have no serviceable parts. An optional digital interface is available.
