With a beam quality of K >0.8 and performance stability of ±2%, the laser is suitable for cutting and structuring of plastics, textiles or wood, for cutting and welding of glass, and for processing of thin metal sheets. Its small size and low weight enable installation in confined spaces, such as on a robot arm, and it can be used to process components with complex shapes. Options include a diode alignment laser and special-purpose optical systems to create a circularly polarized beam.
