The 7TF1 from Standa is a three-axis fiber-coupling translation stage with a compact block/flexure design and a rotation platform on the top. Travel range in X-Y-Z directions is 2 mm, sensitivity is 0.2 µm, and reading accuracy is 1.25 µm. The stage has a load capacity of 1.5 kg and weighs 1.6 kg. Crosstalk is 20 µm/mm. The company says that the stage offers long-term stability and that high-resolution micrometers with a 0.25 pitch provide smooth, sensitive motion. A vacuum-compatible model also is available.
