B&W Tek Inc.’s BTC261E and BTC262E are high-dynamic-range, low-dark-noise, high-speed near-IR InGaAs array spectrometers that cover the 920- to 1700-nm and the 1100- to 2200-nm ranges, respectively. Because of their precision temperature cooling and regulation, they are suitable for long-term measurement applications such as in-process inspection and online monitoring. They provide flexible fiber coupling input for light and offer a good signal-to-noise ratio. Used with a fiber reflectance probe assembly and a tungsten light source, they form a fiber-based reflectance measurement system.
