YELLOW DPSS LASER The Cobolt Jive 561-nm laser, offered by Cobolt AB for such applications as laser-induced fluorescence, spectroscopy, and laser scanning and confocal microscopy, also is a drop-in replacement for krypton-argon and some green lasers. The single-longitudinal-mode CW laser comes with output of 10 and 25 mW and with either a compact OEM controller for system integration or a CDRH controller for stand-alone lab use. It delivers M2 beam quality of <1.2, good pointing stability and noise intensity of <0.3% rms or <3% peak to peak at 0 to 25 MHz. It also consumes minimal power.
