VOLPI-USA.jpgA high-intensity dark-field LED ringlight, available with red or white surface-mount-device LEDs, has been announced by Volpi USA. It provides intense, shadow-free and homogeneous illumination. As the contrast with the part increases, defects appear bright while the surface of the part remains dark. The ringlight offers improved light output, increased life expectancy and a greater working distance than previous models. Working distance ranges from 20 to 50 mm, and the diameter of the illuminated area, from 58 to 73 mm, depending upon the working distance.
