The DPC Processor software produced by Imperx Inc. enables users to control the process of correcting defective pixels in their camera’s CCD. Lynx series Camera Link and GigE cameras have onboard pixel-correction capabilities using tables developed at the factory. The software is designed for operators who want to create their own tables for applications that require modified pixel-selection criteria. It takes users through the process of building a defective pixel map file. The main dialog window provides the controls that are required to set thresholds and control a test.
