CE-compliant halogen light sources have been unveiled by Moritex USA Inc. in 100- and 150-W versions. The compact sources deliver stable output of ±1%, color temperature of >3000 K and a life span of 500 to 2000 h. They can be manually controlled or remotely operated by analog or digital signals and are highly resistant to heat shock. Input voltage is from 100 to 240 V at 50 to 60 Hz.
