ROCHESTER, N.Y., July 13, 2006 -- Navitar's NanoVue 248-nm deep ultraviolet (UV) 4x zoom lens was designed to work with 248-nm deep UV microscope objectives. It offers inspection sensitivity, a zoom range of 75 to 300X when coupled with a 100X objective, 0.15- to 0.037-mm FOV with 2/3-in. format sensor and a 100X objective, and deep UV objectives to enable optical navitar.jpginspection to under 0.1 um.
