IMPEX_TO3-laser-2.gifThe 1064-Q TO3 laser released by Impex HighTech GmbH is a compact 1064-nm passively Q-switched device that emits 2-ns pulses at 10 kHz with an energy of >5 μJ. It features a monolithic cavity that combines the laser crystal and absorber in a single unit that is coated on both end faces, reducing instability effects that may arise from air gaps within the cavity or from the movement of individual parts. The laser is suitable for 3-D scanning applications and for pumping photonic fibers to generate a supercontinuum laser.
