Fisba_Optik.gifThe μPhase smartgage system from Fisba Optik AG monitors and controls the high-volume production of small optical components, performing accurate digital analysis of surface deviations in flat, spherical and mildly aspherical optics, including lenses for digital and mobile phone cameras. Measurement is begun at the touch of a button or by selecting the corresponding option via touch screen, and analysis results are displayed within seconds. LEDs immediately indicate whether the test sample lies within predetermined tolerances. It is possible to store data either on the flash disk or on a USB stick. Basic, standard and advanced versions of the stand-alone system are available, and all have a small footprint and are insensitive to vibration.
