CIS Americas Inc. has launched the VCC-F32 series 72-MHz pixel clock, high-speed color cameras for inspection applications. All three models offer partial-scan modes, a Camera Link interface, selectable digital RGB 24-bit/RAW and switchable 8-/10-bit data output, and external trigger, with fixed shutter and pulse-width exposure. The F32U29CL model provides 2-megapixel true UXGA 1620 × 1220 resolution at 30 fps. Of the two SXGA models, the standard F32S29CL has a 1/2-in. CCD and offers 1.45-megapixel resolution at 38 fps, and the F32S19CL, with a 2/3-in. near-IR-sensitivity CCD, operates at 34 fps with a minimum illumination requirement of 0.5 lx.
