Fiso Technologies Inc.’s FPI-HR-OEM fiber optic signal conditioner simultaneously measures two parameters, including temperature, pressure, strain, displacement and refractive index. Maximum measuring speed is 250 Hz per channel, and an optional smart connector enables high accuracy and automatic sensor identification without requiring manual entry of gauge factor numbers. A built-in temperature compensation system protects the accuracy when the temperature test environment varies. The device, based on white-light interferometry technology, is designed for use by OEMs in medical, scientific, industrial, energy, and oil and gas applications.
