(ESDI) has unveiled the Intellium Z100 HR 100-mm Fizeau interferometer. Its high-resolution camera has a 2048 × 1536 array of pixels for measuring large slope angles in transmission and reflection. IntelliPhase static spatial carrier analysis, a feature of the included IntelliWave software, supports vibration-insensitive data acquisition. The instrument offers 560-fringe resolution, 10-bit digitization and 600-ms acquisition time. Operating temperature range is from 15 to 30 °C.
