XenICs has extended its product line with the release of the all-digital, software-configurable Cheetah camera. Capable of shooting up to 1750 fps, the camera is based on a thermoelectrically stabilized InGaAs sensor array with 640 × 512 pixels. The NIR camera, which covers the standard wavelength range of 0.9 to 1.7 μm, is fitted with a C-mount for standard lenses. It is available in three versions for 60-, 400- and 1750-Hz frame rates. The camera can store videos in standard formats and also in 8- and 14-bit images in common formats. It has 16-GB internal memory, which allows nearly 15 s of recording time.
