With a focal length of 150 mm, it provides 1:1 magnification with a 160-mm scan lens. Used with a 1/2-in. sensor, it offers a 6 × 4-mm field of view. The large focusing range compensates for the focal length difference between the laser wavelength and the inspection wavelength. The user can observe above and below the regions of interest. The compact design enables integration of a beamsplitter cube for coaxial illumination through the lens.
