Ametek Advanced Measurement Technology’s Ortec Products Group has launched the ASPEC-927, a dual-input multichannel analyzer in a single-width nuclear instrumentation module that uses a USB 2.0 interface and is supplied with Maestro analytical software. Zero dead time corrections are included without additional modules or software. Maximum data transfer speed is 480 Mb/s, and data memory is 512 kb. Gain stability is <50 ppm/°C, and differential and integral nonlinearities are ±1% and 0.025%, respectively, over the top 99% of the dynamic range. Dead time per event is 2 μs including memory transfer.
